Nestled atop the stunning Coastline of Cardiff by the Sea lies our beautifully appointed, newly remodeled 3-Level Cardiff Coastal Retreat with 2 ocean view balconies & a spacious floorplan. From the moment you drive through it's cozy coastal neighborhood, to stepping foot onto one of the ocean view balconies, it's apparent this gorgeous retreat is Ideal for Vacation Families, Local Insurance Claim Families, and Temporary Relocations.

Aside from its beauty & charm, what makes the Cardiff Coastal Retreat so rare & special is its uniquely, spacious floor plan with close proximity to the beach. Rarely do you find homes in the area/neighborhood at 2400sqft with 3-levels, a large 2 car parking garage/ driveway, and 2 private parking spots on the backside totaling 5 parking spots. The Cardiff Coastal Retreat is Turn Key Ready from top to bottom, ensuring a functional, comfortable, and premier stay. There are also beach cruisers, beach chairs, and boogie boards on site for our guests' use.

Based on the on-site parking options, guests can conveniently access this lovely Haven via two front door entrances from separate levels and/or the spacious & clean 2 car garage. If coming from street or driveway parking, guests will want to access via the North Ground Level front door. If parked in one of the 2 private spaces on the back side of the property next to alley, guests will want to access down a small stairwell, leading along the North Side walkway of the second floor.

Upon Ground Level entry, Guests can hang a left down the hallway to kickback & unwind in one of the two cozy Guest Rooms containing brand new custom Wardrobe Cabinets. The Dream Room exudes a warm & ambient vibe, set up with a Queen Bed to sleep 2. To the right lies the Oceanic Room, suitable for both adults or children. With two twin beds it sleeps two comfortably. Across the hall is a spacious storage closet containing miscellaneous items for use. Stroll down to the end of the hall for the Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo and private powder room. Venture back towards the entrance and find a second door next to it leading to the clean & spacious 2 car garage. To your left is a flight of stairs leading to the Main Floor containing the Living Room, Kitchen, and Ocean View Balcony.

Upon Main Level Entry, guests are greeted with a Stunning & Spacious, Bright & Airy - Open Living, Kitchen, & Dining area. With updated appliances and beautifully appointed features, families from all around can enjoy San Diego Beach-Town Living with style! The California Kitchen is not only stocked for efficiency & functionality, it is also accompanied by a gorgeous Kitchen Island & Modern Backsplash, giving it that extra flare of elegance & luxury.

Now take a couple steps up into the comfortable Ocean View Living Room & Spacious Outdoor Balcony. Tailored with a beautiful & fluffy area rug, Cozy-Oversized Sectional Sofa, 55" mounted LCD TV, & Resort Style seating for the balcony. Behind the sofa lies a high table top - seating for 2 - along with a relaxing reading area. Giving our guests the ultimate lounge appeal to soak in all the decadent ocean views & vibrant San Diego Sunsets.

But wait! We mustn't forget. Back by the kitchen remains a 3rd Guest Room, AKA, the "Kids Den." Accompanied by fun & funky art work, a single pull out bed, extra twin mattress, 47" LED TV Smart TV, and work space. We wanted this to be a loose & relaxed Game Room for kids to watch Netflix, play games, and have a mini work space. Adjacent to the Kids Den is a full bathroom w/Spacious Shower & private Powder Room.  

Back by the Living Room, venture up the last flight of stairs where the Ocean View Master Suite awaits you on the 3rd level. Upon entering, guests are graced with a spaciously open layout, Architectural Angles, & beautiful, craftsman style ceiling beams. Giving it a sense of "Beach Lodge" cabin feel. To your left, open up the large sliders & step out onto the 2nd  Ocean View Balcony. The best views on the property! Perfect for waking up to stunning Sunrises or winding down to the tranquil sunsets. Set up with a Queen Bed to sleep two and a 47" LCD TV on a "Full Motion" mount so guests can angle/swivel to their desire. Straight ahead is a newly remodeled bathroom containing "his & hers" dual vanity/sinks, plenty of closet & storage space, and a large Walk in Shower equipped with gorgeous tile work and stunning glass walls.
